While a regular Flam Drag follows the Flam Accent sticking pattern, the One Handed Flam Drag follows the Swiss Army Triplet pattern instead.
Though not really played entirely with one hand, this hybrid rudiment is so called because one hand plays considerably more notes than the other whereas a regular Flam Drag contains an equal number of notes on both hands.
